 Wilson's disease - OhioHealth
Children with the disease are sometimes misdiagnosed as having behavioral problems because they behave erratically or perform poorly in school.
Copper is one of the body's unsung heroes, playing a key but understated role in the development of healthy nerves, bones, collagen and the skin pigment melanin.
If you do have signs of the disease — difficulty speaking, problems with balance, tremors in your arms and hands, abdominal pain or yellowing of your skin — see your doctor right away.
