I beleive sulfasalazine is one of those drugs that take 4-6 weeks before you see/feel any results (that was my experience).
I would suffer through some of the side effects to get some relief, but not to the point of constant nausea and headaches.
It is used for Crohn's Disease, which is also an autoimmune disease and on the occation the Rx's are tested to treat eachother, but I don't know that sulfasalazine is approved or even works in the treatment of psoriasis.
