Dear Sukigirl, Findings from an ultrasound can be more or less suspicious of a cancer problem, but does not able to diagnose specifically what this is. Ovarian neoplasm is another way of saying ovarian cancer, so this is a possibility but with an ultrasound it is only a suspicion not a diagnosis.
I had another US with my GYN yesterday which showed no change, and he wants me to have another in 30 days and says that I will probably need to have the cysts removed.
My question is, what is an ovarian neoplasm and could this suggest ovarian cancer?
