This fungus is often found in areas of the body that are moist and/or humid, such as in the intestines, vagina, or areas of mucous membranes such as the mouth or on damp skin.
Candida Albicans is the specific name for a strain of normally peaceful, yeast-like fungus that naturally exist in limited amounts inside our digestive tract; which extends end-to-end from our mouth to our rectum.
Thrush is a fungal infection, typically concentrated in the area of the mouth or vagina.

  You the practitioner need to look for irregular mucosa b/c of the moniliasis plaque.
  (the red pharm review book has moniliasis listed as Candida esophagitis …so this would make sense).
