Cerebral hemorrhage - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A cerebral hemorrhage or hemorrhagic stroke is a form of stroke that occurs when a blood vessel in the brain ruptures or bleeds.
Subarachnoid hemorrhage, which accounts for 5 to 10 percent of strokes (Weibers 2001) is one of the deadliest type of strokes.
Hemorrhagic strokes are deadlier than their more common counterpart, ischemic strokes.

Stroke - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hemorrhagic stroke must be ruled out with medical imaging, since this therapy would be harmful to patients with that type of stroke.
A sudden-onset severe headache (“thunderclap headache”) can denote subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is a stroke-like clinical entity.
As opposed to hemorrhagic stroke or embolic (or other atherogenic) stroke, watershed strokes occur in parts of the brain that lie at the boundary between zones of arterial distribution from different arteries.

 The Facts about Cerebral Aneurysm
Patients usually describe the headache as "the worst headache of my life" and it is generally different in severity and intensity from other headaches patients may experience.
Another delayed post-rupture complication is vasospasm, in which other blood vessels in the brain contract and limit blood flow to vital areas of the brain.
Following application of a local anesthetic, a small amount of this fluid (which protects the brain and spinal cord) is removed from the subarachnoid space - located between the spinal cord and the membranes that surround it - by surgical needle and tested to detect any bleeding or brain hemorrhage.

Cerebral arteriovenous malformation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Moreover, AVMs in certain critical locations may stop the circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid, causing accumulation of the fluid within the skull and giving rise to a clinical condition called hydrocephalus.
Generally, intense headache, perhaps coincident with seizure or loss of bodily consciousness, is the first indication of a cerebral AVM.
While an arteriovenous malformation can occur elsewhere in the body, this article discusses malformations found in the brain.

The Cerebral Hemorrhage and Cerebral Palsy Disorders, in children, are medical interventions involved?
Cerebral Hemorrhage and Cerebral Palsy in children, in many instances, are logically and likely associated with State of the Art birth interventions, commonly called, "Active Management." The birthing mother is not truthfully educated on child birth, in most instances.
Physicians may prescribe drugs for cerebral palsy patients to relax muscles and to control their convulsions.
This lack of review or long-term study on medical interventions is true of many internal, brain and muscle disorders and learning and behavior problem of children, today.

 INTRACEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE
Even a small hemorrhage in the wrong place (such as the middle of the brainstem) may be associated with such a poor outlook that surgery would not be of help, or could even result in further damage.
Another condition calling for surgical delay could be the extremely poor neurologic state of the patient.
Smaller openings, better surgical accuracy, improved lighting, the simplicity of needle aspiration techniques, and the usage of surgical hemostatic agents (that prevent post operative bleeding) all lessen the danger of brain surgery for ICH.

Common wisdom indicates that survivors of intracerebral hemorrhage, even though they are often at risk for ischemic strokes or heart attacks as well, should not be given aspirin or other antiplatelet therapy because of concerns about recurrent bleeding.
In all, 27 of 127 patients who had lobar hemorrhage and 19 of 80 who had deep hemispheric hemorrhage received antiplatelet therapy.
When it came to the use of antiplatelet therapies, however, there were no significant differences in hemorrhage recurrence.
